A Unique Voice from Palestine - Cancelled
This event has been cancelled: Talk by Dr Bernard Sabella -
Palestinian, Christian and Member of Parliament.
I am sorry to say that Christian World Service has had to cancel the arrangements
for the visit of Palestinian, Bernard Sabella. He was due to speak in Christchurch
on Wednesday 26 July at Knox Presbyterian and on Thursday, 27 July at St Andrew's on
the Terrace, Wellington. Bernard and his wife Mary are in the process of
reorganising their flights from Australia to return home to Palestine. They need to
be with family and with the Department of Services to Palestinian Refugees at this
time. CWS will shortly launch an appeal for DSPR's work in providing emergency
assistance but also in their wider advocacy for Palestinians. We encourage you to
do what you can for Palestinians and long term peace in the region. More
information will be available on our website shortly.
