All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
The Goethe-Institut in cooperation with the Foundation Remembrance Responsibility and Future invited young filmmakers in ten countries to give their interpretation of the famous First Article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood." in a short film with a maximum length of 20 minutes. The jury selected 26 films for awards featuring a wide variety of subjects and approaches. Visit the website for a full schedule (only screening 2-3 times in each city)
