I am Just wondering after seeing the List of movies etc in the list and despite some ver impressive lineup , i am compelled to write that it is quite disturbing to not a that there are not only 2 NZ movies and they maybe prpaganda moves to support certain organisations. I mena i am shocked that there are not documentaries made about the atriocities committed in hsi country since colonisation till now of various grups of ppl who have been Victims of either Institutional or adhioc abuses of their rights in NZ as Huamsn. I am surprised if the organisers dont find any such.May be they are trying to portray how hunky dory every thing is to the ppl but it is certainly not the case.Wat is the use of highlighting things that are already well publicised.Maybe some hard decions have to be made about whether we can either prodcue documentaries here that highlight the underclass, or the ppl at the periphery.
